NOTHING MORE TO HIDE

 

What if you had nothing to hide? 

What if you could truly be forgiven from everything you've ever done?

What if you could actually receive the gift that Jesus paid for you to have?

What if you could be healed, set free and delivered?

What if the Word of God is true and Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost?

Jesus didn't just die for the one whose been wronged. He also died for the wrong doer.

It's not the righteous he came to save but sinners. Jesus came to forgive sinners that they no longer be sinners but sons for his great name. His forgiveness alone has the power to set us free from the power of every sin. He transforms us from being slaves to sin and makes us alive to God. What if you could stop pretending that what you are hiding is okay? What if you could stop avoiding being set free and let go of the deception that you get what you deserve? In Christ, we get what he deserved and he paid what we deserved. What if you could stop sabotaging everything by fear and actually have and walk in the new life that Jesus paid for you to have? What if?

The purest religion is to care for the orphans and widows. The ones who have no Father and no husband. That is anyone who doesn't know the Father because they haven never met the Son. Jesus came for the widow. Those who refuse to acknowledge that they are the widow and the orphan are apart of the Babylon System. This system is the exaltation of self, the pursuit is an indulgence to be self sufficient, self sustaining and a continuation of going your own way to prove yourself to be in right standing. Without God you are nothing. Babylon is arrogant and prides herself that she needs no protector and no defender. Babylon is intoxicated by human beauty, self glory and the deception of being invincible. Nothing is hidden from God. Nothing. The arrogance and self deception of Babylon are ultimately its downfall. Gods judgement is inevitable. God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble. The one who claims, "I sit enthroned as a queen, I am not a widow, I will never mourn." She will receive as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. This Babylonian system is unrepentant and is never crucified with Christ. Babylon ends up destroyed. In Jeremiah 50:29 it reads, "Summon the archers against Babylon, all who string the bow. Encamp all around her; let no one escape. Repay her according to her deeds; do to her as she has done. For she has defied the LORD, the Holy One of Israel."She resisted the LORD, the Holy One of Israel. And archers have been summoned to surround her.

Go read Isaiah 47. And read it again. And one more time.

Now read Isaiah 48.

If you don't go read these scriptures, you will not understand what I am writing. 

Read Isaiah 49.

Pay attention to Isaiah 49:2 as you read Isaiah 49 again. 

"All mankind will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob!"

You want to be redeemed? Stop resisting the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Stop refusing the hand of the Father by denying the Son who came to save you from the pit of hell. He came to care for you, the orphan and the widow, but if you refuse to acknowledge that you are the widow or the orphan you will end up like Babylon, a slave under judgement because you refuse to be baptized in Christ Jesus, dying to sin, once for all. Come and participate in the suffering of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, become like him in his death and know the power of HIS resurrection. You can't save yourself. You can't do enough good to escape being a slave to sin. It is only through Jesus Christ that you are not left as an orphan but adopted  into sonship, only Jesus gives us the right to become children of God- not born of blood, nor of the desire or the will of man, but born of God.

Romans 8:14-17, For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption to sonship, by whom we cry, "Abba Father!" The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are his children.

Whatever you have done that you think is beyond forgiveness, I promise you you have never out sinned Gods grace for you. His grace is sufficient for you and his power is made perfect in your weakness. Take it to him. What is it? What has held you back? What do you keep running back to that is an idol that needs torn down? What is that thing that you did, that you can't forgive yourself for? What is that thing the enemy keeps telling you and reminding you of that you did or can't stop doing? What is it? Is it adultery? Is it idolatry? Is it racism? Is it grief? Is it thoughts of suicide? Is it regret? Is it an abortion? Is it abuse? Is it child abandonment? Is it body dysmorphia, gender confusion? Is it the way you treated someone? Is it homosexuality? Is it greed? Did you rip someone off? Is it perversion? Is it the love of money? Is it unforgiveness? Is it rebellion? Is it pride? Is it anger? Is it self righteousness? Is it an addiction? Is it fear? Is it selfish ambition? What are you ashamed of that you can't tell anyone? Tell Jesus. Go to him and tell him and thank him for what he did for you on the cross. Tell him you are done trying to pretend you didn't do anything wrong. Tell him you are done trying to earn favor with God by doing good deeds and that his work was enough. Go to him and receive his gift of salvation. He came to the earth to save you. Let him save you.
